	George Tenuta is the President of Azalea Insurance Services, Azalea Insurance Agency Inc., and AIS Premium Service Company. He is also Vice President of Winn Insurance Agency, Inc. He has been in the insurance business for 33 years. He maintains licenses in Property & Casualty (NC, SC, and GA), Life, Accident, Health, and Resident Broker. His business specialties are commercial property, liability, contractors, life, accident, and health. George attended Randolph Macon Men’s College in Virginia and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he studied in Marketing and Business Law. Outside of his duties as president of Azalea, George has served as President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Wilmington Chapter of the Independent Insurance Agents. He also served as Chairman of the Wilmington Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. He is the former director at larger for the NC B.A.S.S. Southeast Region and the NC B.A.S.S. State Board of directors, He has served on the Pennsylvania National Insurance Companies Agency Advisory Board and the Strickland Insurance Group Agents Advisory Board. In 1997, George was awarded Boss of the Year by the Wilmington Association of Insurance Women. He served in the United States Naval Reserves (Viet Nam Veteran) and is a member of United Grace Methodist Church. His hobbies include golf, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He is married to Mary Dean and they have a daughter named Charlene.

	Robert Phillips is Vice President of Azalea Insurance Services, Inc., President of Phillips Insurance Agency, and Secretary Treasurer of Winn Insurance Agency, Inc. Robert has been in the insurance business for 31 years. He maintains licenses in Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health, LTC and Resident Broker License. He graduated from Methodist College with a B.A. in Business. He is an active member in the Elks Club and American Legion Post 10. He served in the United States Army in Korea. Robert enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife LaDonna. He has a daughter named Shelley and a new granddaughter Campbell.

Her business specialty is commercial accounts especially condominiums and homeowner associations. She attended Ohio Wesleyan University and volunteers with the United Way, where she is the previous Vice Chairman of Allocations. Deborah’s hobbies include crafts, painting, reading, and gardening. Deborah has one daughter named Heather.

He specializes in the finance company’s operations, life insurance, group and individual health plans, and retirement benefits. He graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Accounting. Joe is the Treasurer of the Wild Turkey Federation and the Treasurer of Ducks Unlimited. He serves as a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church. His hobbies include hunting, stamp & coin collecting, antique decoys and traveling through out the USA. He is married to Sally.
